Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY

Returns in new and unused condition will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Please e-mail us at office@roverroamer.com to receive a return authorization.  Explain the condition of the product and whether or not it has been used in any way.

 An 18% re-stocking/customization fee applies to all returns.

Shipping charges are not able to be refunded.  

A return shipping label can be provided with the charge deducted from your refund.  Or you can use your own shipping method.   

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All RoverRoamer SkyTrack systems, unless otherwise selected, ship via USPS.  Please allow up to 3 days for us to custom build your order.
